About the job
We're looking for a talented head of Partnerships/Growth to join our team and work directly alongside our founder, Colin.
You'll have full autonomy over our growth and marketing strategies. You'd set measurable KPIs and aggressive growth targets. You'd test different customer acquisition channels, and you'd see what sticks and what doesn't, measuring & iterating throughout. You'd laser-focus on features that drive growth & retention, and relentlessly test and re-test to ensure we're working on the right things.
You'd also maintain and grow relationships with strategic customers, including top DAOs and publishers, and work with existing & new customers across channels like Discord and Twitter.
Must haves:
- 3+ years growth & marketing experience
- Ability to work independently, in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- A good understanding of various growth & customer acquisiton strategies.
- Primarily live between GMT-8 and GMT-5.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in web3 and crypto
- A strong social media presence: you've been around Twitter and Discord for a while, and know how to manage communities
- You've worked in seed-stage pre-product-market-fit startups before and thrive in ambiguous & early-stage environments
